The following forms must be enclosed when sending equipment and/or data

Error report - always required

Clearance certificate - for health-critical operating conditions of your equipment

Measurement data submission form - if you are submitting measurement data for troubleshooting, please ensure the accompanying form is fully completed.

We would also be happy to advise you personally on your project
