Wireless sensor networks
In order to avoid annoying and error-prone laying of long sensor cables in the field, we have been using radio-based data loggers for years. We are continually expanding the sensor range for this application, and since 2018, apart from precipitation, temperature and humidity, all SDI-based sensors can also be integrated into wireless sensor networks.
All networks bundle their data wirelessly in the field, then they come via GSM to the office.
On the site of our partner "Campus Klein-Altendorf" of the University of Bonn, we are currently working on expanding the range of our wireless sensor networks.
